Book early to ensure a spot in our calendar. It’s best to schedule with us at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially if you want comprehensive event planning.
If you don’t realize you need us until the last minute that’s OK too. We will do our best to help out on short notice, and make your gathering a success! That is our personal guarantee.
Mixology Caters determines rates through a professional assessment of multiple factors, including number of guests, level of service, venue location, full selection of alcohol or limited, what type of event and subcontractors desired. We are happy to include purchasing alcohol in our services, or you can buy it and we’ll serve it.
Not quite sure how much food and beverages you need? Making the right choice is crucial to the success of your gathering – we can assist. We have proven formulas to estimate how much alcohol to buy and food to prepare. Based on number of guests, drinks per bottle, and type of liquor, we can take the guesswork out of beverages for your event.
The type of drink you serve depends on a number of variables. For example, gin is typically more popular in summer months, while Scotch is usually preferred by older guests. These are just a few examples of the pearls of wisdom Mixology Caters can offer you in planning your perfect event.

- A deposit is due 3 weeks before your event.
- For events with over 8 people, an 18% gratuity is added.
- Full payment is due at the end of the event.
- For cancellations with over two weeks notice, half the deposit will be refunded. No deposit is refunded for cancellations of less than two weeks notice.
